Florida Made,Indentified As Victim Of Homicide Under Tazewell Avenue Bridge Claims A Life
ROANOKE, Va. – The Roanoke Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Wednesday night in the 300 block of Tazewell Avenue SE.
Officers were dispatched to the area underneath the bridge at 8:59 p.m. after receiving a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male, identified as Florida Made, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, Made was pronounced deceased at the scene.
In a swift development following the incident, police located and detained a suspect. The individual is currently in custody as the investigation progresses. Authorities have not yet released information regarding a potential motive or the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
